There’s something about a wedding at a private estate that changes the feel of the day. For Maggie and Ryan, it meant moving between gardens, tucked-away corners and the pool before heading inside for the reception, with each part of the property becoming part of the wedding itself.
The day began outdoors, where white and green florals by Elsie’s Flower Shoppe lined the ceremony aisle and filled two large arrangements at the altar. Against the existing stone wall and surrounding greenery, the setup felt like it belonged there rather than something brought in for the day.
Maggie carried the same softness into her bridal party, with bridesmaids wearing different shades and silhouettes of soft yellow. Her own look stayed simple from the front, with a strapless gown and full skirt, while an oversized bow at the back gave it a completely different view from behind.
The estate also gave Maggie and Ryan room for quieter moments away from the main event. They exchanged private vows in the garden beside a fountain, surrounded by flowers and trees, before joining their guests.
White paper lanterns were added throughout the pool area, suspending them overhead and floating them across the water. The simple installation made use of the estate’s outdoor space and gave guests another area to gather as the evening continued. The rest of the property was shaped with that same intention. Wow Factors brought in custom-built bars, soft draping, staging, custom tables, and subtle lighting throughout the grounds. Rather than feeling like added decor, the tailored pieces gave each corner of the estate its own natural purpose, inviting guests to linger and move through the space at their own pace.
Inside, white and green florals continued across the reception tables and head table, mixed with candlelight. The greenery and loose floral arrangements carried elements of the outdoor setting into the reception space.
Maggie and Ryan cut their two-tier cake before making their way to the dance floor, with Lauren Peterson Photography capturing both the larger details of the property and the smaller moments throughout the day.
