Week after week, our team receives and showcases beautiful weddings from all across the state of Indiana, all courtesy of the immensely talented wedding vendors and lovely couples who submit to us. Each month, our editorial team selects one spectacular wedding to highlight, one that stands above the rest for its uniqueness and beauty.
For August, we are thrilled to feature Meredith & William’s elegant wedding. Keep scrolling to experience their greenhouse chic celebration as we break down all of the details.
The Wedding Day
Meredith and William’s wedding was all about bringing together the best of both worlds—modern elegance with an elevated garden party. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and lush greenery, their celebration felt like stepping into a living garden where every detail had been thoughtfully curated.
From the moment guests walked in, you could tell this couple sweated the details (in the best way). They wrote hand-written notes to every single guest, and Meredith’s mom calligraphed all the envelopes. Talk about a labor of love! Their custom monogram showed up everywhere—from the save-the-dates to the actual dance floor. It’s those little touches that make a wedding feel cohesive and intentional.
Let’s talk about those bridesmaids for a second. Bella Bridesmaids really delivered with this mix of soft and vibrant tones—sage greens, bright pinks, and blues that looked like they were pulled straight from a garden. Each bridesmaid wore a different color, creating this perfect balance of gentle pastels with pops of bold color that felt fresh and modern.
Transportation provided by Antique Limousine was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall elegance of the celebration.
But here’s where things got really interesting—Violet Vintage came through with furniture pieces that completely transformed the space. We’re talking plush velvet seating areas and ornate accent pieces that made the clean-lined conservatory feel warm and inviting. It’s proof that the right vintage touches can elevate any venue, no matter how contemporary.
Custom planter boxes, towering trees, and the statement wall—each designed by Elsie’s Flower Shoppe—brought the vision of an enchanted garden to life. Framed with vibrant florals, the installations transformed the space with a whimsical yet elevated charm.
Top Tier Cakes created what can only be described as edible art. Their cake featured beautiful floral details that perfectly echoed the botanical theme of Meredith’s dress and the overall wedding aesthetic. It was almost too pretty to cut—almost.
The reception details were where their personality really shone through. Their custom monogram appeared throughout all the paper goods, and there was this show-stopping ice sculpture that had guests talking all night. The abundant florals throughout the space created a cohesive botanical theme that tied everything together beautifully.
Their Favorite Moment
“Honestly, there were so many magical moments—Will’s reaction during our first look, our prayerful moment during the Catholic mass with Ave Maria playing, the incredible speeches from our brothers. I literally can’t pick just one memory because it was the best day ever.” — Meredith + Will
William’s favorite moment was classic groom—watching Meredith walk down the aisle. But Meredith’s right—how do you choose just one highlight from a day that perfect?
What really made their wedding special wasn’t just one big moment, but how every single detail told their story. From the vintage elements that gave their modern venue some soul to the personalized touches that made guests feel truly welcomed, Meredith and William proved that the best weddings happen when you stay true to yourselves while creating something beautiful for everyone you love.
If you’re planning your own wedding, take notes from these two: it’s not about following every trend, but about bringing together the things that matter to you in a way that feels authentic. Sometimes the most memorable celebrations are the ones that perfectly balance what you love with what makes your guests feel special too.
