Sara and Aaron’s reception took place inside a breathtaking concert hall, where soaring ceilings met timeless architecture. Mon Amie Events, a leading Indianapolis wedding planning and designer, transformed the space into something bold and unforgettable—layering deep crimson tones, soft candlelight, and striking floral textures to create a look that wowed from every angle.

“I loved working with Sara and Aaron,” shared Monica at Mon Amie Events. “They trusted their professional team and allowed our ideas to help shape and influence the design of the celebration. In their case, the dynamic use of red really was a showstopper and I am thrilled Sara & Aaron loved it as much as we as a team enjoyed creating it for them. The saturation of crimson really was a wow, and seeing their faces when they saw the space was so special. After working with them for 2 years, it was really rewarding.”

Ace Party Rentals, an Indianapolis wedding rental company known for its custom designs, helped bring that vision to life. They provided the dramatic red lobby drapes and custom-built gallery wall design that greeted guests as they arrived. Inside the reception, Ace also supplied the black flatware, dishware, reception chairs, hora chairs, and the backdrop for the DJ. For the ceremony, their team created the elegant Chuppah structure and draping that beautifully framed the couple as they said “I do.”

Guests stayed just steps away at Hotel Carmichael, which hosted the couple’s accommodations and served as the perfect setting for wedding-weekend gatherings. Transportation was provided by Antique Limousine of Indianapolis—a perfect finish to a celebration that was bold, beautiful, and completely their own.
