Some nights just have a different energy — and the launch of Indianapolis’ first Book of Weddings was absolutely one of them.
We took over InterContinental Indianapolis for an après-ski–inspired celebration that moved through multiple levels of the hotel. Guests started on Astrea Rooftop with city views and cocktails, then made their way down to the second-floor ballroom for the cover reveal — passing a ski-themed ice sculpture and displays of our Vows That Wow features along the way.
Lead by Emily Ventura, we gave our vendor community an après-ski palette and complete creative freedom, and they showed up in the best way possible. From shimmering silver linens and custom draping to lounge moments styled with elevated seating and layered textures, every detail felt intentional without ever being overdone.
Captured by Camden + Claire, this film holds the energy of our 2026 Indianapolis Book of Weddings Release Party — the genuine reactions, the moments between spaces, the live music that carried through the night, and the impromptu karaoke that closed everything out in the most perfect way.
