Rachel and Bryan’s wedding has the kind of personality that reveals itself in the details. Rachel’s metallic bow heels were photographed against the same playful print that later appeared on the dinner tables. Flowers seemed to turn up everywhere, from loose arrangements running down the tables to the fireplace mantel and even the chandelier. Nothing felt too precious or overly styled.
That was especially true when you stepped inside the reception space. Emily Ventura Designs took a traditionally polished space and gave it a much more personal feel. Long dinner tables encouraged everyone to gather together, while flowers, patterned linens, mismatched napkin rings and candlelight kept your eye moving around the room. There were little surprises everywhere without any one detail trying to steal the show.
For guests bringing little ones, Rachel and Bryan also brought in Ever After Wedding Nanny Co. for on-site childcare, giving parents extra support during the wedding. It was a practical addition to a day that was clearly meant to be enjoyed, not just admired.
And for all the attention paid to how the wedding looked, the photos make it clear that Rachel and Bryan wanted people to have a good time. Burman Photography caught both sides of the day: the beautiful close-ups and quiet portraits, but also raised champagne glasses, crowded tables, and a dance floor that became increasingly less concerned with standing still for the camera.
That mix may be the best way to describe the wedding itself. It was stylish without feeling serious, full of details without feeling overdone, and personal in ways that guests could actually experience.
